Thank's Pep

Tomorrow is the last match of the best trainer of all the history. Not just for his tactics in the pitch, or all the lessons of football he has done, but for his spirit of fighting and winning.
Pep Guardiola has won all the cups a trainer can win with a spectacular football and style.
He justifies his decisions of leaving the club because his tired and doesn't have motivation, but I'm sure his leaving for finding the motivation to come again.
Do you think Pep is the best trainer of the history?
Will Pep Guardiola train another club?

  1. Firstly I would like to say that I’m not a passionate follower of football, although I consider myself as “culé”. As far as I’m concerned he has been a great trainer for Barça football team as he has been able to win all the cups till now.

I think that he has made this decision for several reasons. Firstly because he might be very tired after so many years of pressure and stress (his hair demonstrates it). Secondly, as Gerard said it is due to the lack of motivation he has at this point of his life. Thirdly because it is time for him to spend time with his family as this sport required much attention. Finally because he has already won everything he could have and therefore he has not only got an excellent CV but also an excellent reputation. This leads us to understand that in a future he might want to earn more money again and become a trainer of another football team.

To sum up, Pep Guardiola, also recognised as one of the best trainer the history of all times, is very likely to turn up to be a trainer of another team in a future.

  2. There is no doubt about Pep Guardiola has been the best football trainer at F.C.B but nevertheless I don´t think he has been the best in all times.
Pep Guardiola has been lucky to manage a team where all of the players had outstanding qualities. Pep, despite all of the beneficial facts he has had during his “Era Guardiola”, he has perfectly implemented his own style of playing football which of course has been very effective. His style has made F.C.B won a huge amount of trophies over a short time. Guardiola could have had come the best football trainer in the world he stayed at least 5 more years in F.C.B. His humility has become admired by loads of followers and has been regarded as it to be a clear sign of fair play during the matches. Know, it is time to say good bye to Guardiola and thank him for everything he has done for not only F.C.B but for football in general and receive Tito Villanova who will also make a great job.
The parting of Guardiola has been produced because he thought it was enough as the effort, implication and pressure you have whilst you are a famous football trainer is too much. I personally think that Pep will never train again because he has no economic problems.

  3. Pep Guardiola is, without any doubts, the best trainer of all times. Not only for his victories and his achievements, but also for the way he has achieved them, he should be recognised as the example of a perfect football trainer.

When he was nominated as Barça’s new trainer, I have to admit that, like many other people, I wasn’t sure of it being a great idea. He was young, and had only been a trainer for a few years, and never in a team playing in the first division. Four years later, he has created a team that broadcasts the best football style of all times. Xavi, Iniesta and Messi could pass the ball between themselves for the whole 90 minutes of match if they wanted, the team was so good that only in his four years as a trainer, he has won fourteen titles.

This achievement is thanks to the player’s abilities, but also thanks to Guardiola’s style of raining. He motivated the players to put all their effort in every match, and transmitted the idea that with hard work, you can achieve everything. Despite winning nearly all the matches played, he was always completely respectful with the other teams, and always shown a lot of humility.

No one will ever be certain of why he has left Barça, but in my opinion, this makes no difference. All it matters is that he has given all the Barça fans the best four years of football that anyone could desire, so the only thing left to say is: Thank you very much Pep!

  5. Pep Guardiola has had the chance to be the coach of amazing players. If it wasn’t for them, I guess that Pep wouldn’t have been so recognized. I’m not saying he isn’t as good as most people tend to say, but I ‘m just saying that the players have had a great influence on him. This is due to their relationship and results. By this I mean that Pep has managed to keep the players he got along with and the ones who he didn’t have feeling, he “invented them to leave”, unfortunate players such as Bojan, Eto’o or Ibrahimovic.

Most people thank Pep nowadays for everything he has done. He has won many cups and has managed to beat several times Real Madrid amongst many other big teams world-wide. Pep has created a way of playing which could have been based on how Ajax played long time ago. This team is now going to be directed by Tito Vilanova, who’s Pep’s assistant. No one doubts that Barça is going to continue playing in the same amazing way as they do, because Tito and Pep both want the best for this team and this style is what makes us different.

  6. I have no doubt that Guardiola has been the best coach Barça have ever had. Pep Guardiola did make history winning the 6 possible championships in only a year, he is the trainer that he has won more tournaments in the history of F.C Barcelona, he has trust the young kids of their institution, called aswell "la masia".

Guardiola not only won soo many championships and made the best team of the world, but he actually made a model to follow, every team wants to play like Barça or even try it.

He knows how to win and how to loose, not like other trainers or teams... He has gained all the respects of all the teams of the world and me, as a Barça fan, I thank him for this years of hapiness.

  7. First of all I would like to say that i have been a Futbol Club Barcelona follower since I was born, because I've grown up in a family where football is really important.

I would like to explain that I was invited to Camp Nou, by Mr.Sandro Rosell, FcBarcelona President, the day where a huge celebration was going on in order to say goodbye to the best coach that has ever stepped Camp Nou's grass: Pep Guardiola.

It was a very emotive experience, as I was sorrounded by millions of culés which were close to tears as they didn't want to accept that Pep was leaving the team.

Moreover, i would like to include that I had never seen that many hashtags in twitter related to someone, so we can ensure that Pep Guardiola is a man who is recognized around the world not only for the creation of a magical, amazing football, but for him being an amazing person.

  8. I am pretty sure that Pep Guardiola is one , if not the best football trainer of all history. Evidence suggests that there is no one better than him as we can see that in no more than four years he’s been capable of winning up to fourteen cups with Futbol Club Barcelona. He’s a young man that has achieved a lot.
Not just because of his way of playing , not just because of his football techniques but also because of his philosophy about football that Guardiola’s way of doing things and taking them to a game are the best combination to create a football trainer . Due to his excellent ideas and his capacity to attack and come up with different techniques he’s made the best football club ever seen. In addition he is also well considered because, apart from all I’ve just said, he is absolutely respectful and his way of seeing football is clean and fair while in other trainers this works in a different way.
Pep Guardiola has generated a football style that needs to be an example for the history of football to anyone who wants to take part of that world. He is now leaving Barça and we will all miss him and make sure he rests for a while so that he can come back and create history once again.

I must agree, although I’m a Real Madrid football club fan, that Pep Guardiola has been one of the most succesful Coach who has trained a spanish team. However, I think that his modest attitude is a bit irritating and that he might need to show that he is very competitive when he speaks in front of an audience.

As you all may know, Pep Guardiola left the team as he didn’t feel motivated training FcBarcelona anymore, but I think that it is matter of time that Pep will train another football team abroad.

Few can dispute the fact that Guardiola is and will be one of the best soccer trainers in the world. Only in his first year as trainer, he managed to win all the possible trophies in the year, which came out of blue and therefore brought lots of fame to Pep, not only for the impressive task he had executed but for the way in which he executed it. It is probably true to say that we haven't seen any coach walk away at his peak, and that wasn't insulted or yelled at. The farewell that Guardiola recieved was the first time a coach left even though his team was begging him not to leave and was willing to offer him a contract with whichever conditions he wanted. This has made us see that Guardiola is not a money-oriented person and works for the club beacause it is his passion.

Goodbye Guardiola, and thank you for everything.
