Many newspapers and the player himself, Cristiano Ronaldo, are claiming that there's a global campaign against him.
Are these statements the result of fatigue due to this campaign or is it all just imagination?

I think that all this that he just said is completely true because I agree that players like Lionel messi are very protected against the faults and every time they touch him or any Barcelona player they are absolutely safe.
ReplyDeleteI agree that the last phrase he said is a bit ridiculous I think the first rule of a person is to be humble because you give a poor image to the public.
It is normal that cristiano ronaldo, the best football player in the world I should say complains about the arbitration as it isn’t fair and if the thing continuous as it is now it could finally and with a big problem that is the injury of ronaldo.
In my opinion Cristiano is an spectacular player and I think he is totally right when he says there is more protection to other football players than for him.
ReplyDeleteBefore this interview, he played a match, and the doctor of Real Madrid had to saw him 3 stitches on the right ankle because of a very hard entrance during the match, the referee didn't expelled the player, so he has a lot of arguments on saying this type of things. I also thing the hooligans of the other team where anti-sportive insulting him, so he after the match said some things which seemed overbearing, but are true.

I disagree 100% with the ideas of Ignacio and Jose, of course Cristiano is a good player, of course he is rich, of course he is handome, but that the referee don't protect him is a great nonsense.Cristiano Ronaldo is a guy that has to think twice what he says and then sayed because all the times he talk he says atrocities. Although he doen't mention Messi he is thinking of him and It's totally false that they treat him different. I think Cristiano Ronaldo is a good player but a very problamatic player a very uncoltivated player and a very stupid player with a screw missing.
ReplyDeleteIn this topic I am more or less neutral; I support Barça but not too much. However, I really don’t think that referees help some players more than others, although I have to admit that I don’t normally watch Real Madrid’s matches, but I think that they try to do it the best way they can. In some matches they may help a team more than the other, but in another matches maybe it’s the other team they help, so I don’t think referees do it on purpose, except for some matches where it’s so obvious that the LFP starts investigating them.
ReplyDeleteHowever, even if that referee doesn’t like Mr. Ronaldo and tries to make him suffer, I really don’t think that Cristiano’s comments are appropriated in TV or elsewhere. Not just because I find them out of place, but also because this will make even more referees hate him and start to disturb his professional football. What’s more, it won’t be just the referees, but the followers of that team who pay for watching matches in the stadium, at home (Digital + and others), pay for t-shirts and other team’s equipment, etc, which will start to get bored of this nonsense and will stop buying, which makes the whole club lose money.
Finally, I think that Cristiano is not gaining much popularity by saying that people are jealous of his wealth and physical appearance, even if it’s true. Although that in some way it is, but not to the extreme of wanting to make him suffer.
So in conclusion, I should say that maybe the accusations of Mr. Ronaldo to the referees are true, but in no way he is justified to say this type of things.

I totally disagree with what Cristiano Ronaldo said in this interview, referees protect all player the same way, they are more careful with the tackles against the best players, which is totally fair, and in my opinion they are protecting Cristiano Ronaldo the same way than the rest of good players. In addition, I think that what he said of people hating him because of being handsome, rich and a very good player is very sad, how can someone say this? Despite possibly being true, no one can say this and less in front of the television. It clearly shows what kind of person he is and what people should expect of him.
